60 Minute Distance Reiki Session
Distance Reiki allows healing energy to be sent to a person anywhere in the world no matter the distance from the healer; through an ancient principle known as the Hermetic Law of Similarity, which holds that we are all connected, as we are all made of energy and part of a larger whole. Distant Reiki sessions work because energy is not limited by time or space. Distance is only a physical limitation, therefore, sessions can be done without clients being physically present. The energy transmissions in a remote session are just as strong as if they were delivered in person directly with the hands. Distant healings are ideal for those who don’t live within a reasonable distance to a practitioner, those who are unable to travel due to severe illness, hospice, or residing in a care facility, or if you don’t particularly like someone touching you, a distance healing session can provide the same benefit without the need to physically touch.

While all reiki sessions are personalized, Integrative, In-Depth Sessions offer more 1:1 client-practitioner time to delve deep into the root causes of your biggest health struggles, which often relates to the emotional body. Emotions tend to get suppressed, even unintentionally, and when left unaddressed, can result in ailment or disease. Discuss your concerns, feel heard, and heal your energy imbalances with Integrative, In-depth Reiki.

60 Minute Reflexology Session
Relaxing pressure is applied to specific reflex points on the foot, each of which correspond to different organs, glands, and parts of the body. The targeted pressure-point massage eliminates energy blockages to improve blood circulation, reduce tension and pain, and help restore the body to balance, all provoking the body’s natural healing response.
